At Central Eyes, some or all of the expense of your eyewear and eye exam may be reimbursable to you through your insurance company (United Healthcare, Oxford, Cigna, Pomco, etc.) In this case, patients shall remit payment at time of service, and our staff will provide a detailed receipt for submission and reimbursement, if provided for by your insurance plan. Upon request, we are happy to assist with the required paperwork.
